Senior Sales Executive (Domestic Logistics)
Job Description
Strategic Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic
outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and pricing agreements under management guidance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Provide guidance, training, and support to Sales Executives and Sales Support staff.
• Assist in workload planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring within the sales team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and operational issues.
Operational Coordination & Process Management
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure and handover to operations.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments including Customer Service, Transport,
Warehouse, and Procurement.
• Review and prepare price comparison, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to Sales Department SOPs and contribute to their continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports, weekly and monthly sales progress reports
to management.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer databases, activity logs, and sales performance records in
HubSpot or shared company systems.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously enhance
skills and service knowledge.
• Support other sales team members when required to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and the Sales Department SOP to maintain operational
• consistency and accountability.
Job Requirement
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to conduct effective customer needs analysis and identify tailored solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in proposal writing and business documentation
- Solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good industry awareness and understanding of market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to communicate with English Language.
