Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company's workforce needs.

Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions

Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create hiring plans.

Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Strengthen the employer brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, job postings and interview schedules effectively, attend job fairs, career expos, and university events to build talent pipelines

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Develop and standardize job descriptions, interview templates, and evaluation criteria.

Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to improve efficiency.

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.

Build and maintain relationships with talent pools for future hiring needs.

Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to Department Head.

Coordinating on-site interview appointments, liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders to schedule interviews and create a conducive environment for the interview process.

Responsible for coordinating training sessions, ensuring seamless organization and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the designated training period.

Conducting regular attendance checks to monitor and record employees' work hours, providing an accurate representation of their punctuality and overall attendance.

Managing the scheduling of employee shifts and coordinating transportation logistics, including shuttle arrangements, to facilitate smooth and timely commuting for staff members.

Oversee the systematic control and efficient management of employee uniforms, ensuring the provision, distribution, and maintenance of uniforms in accordance with company standards and policies, while also addressing any related issues or requests from staff members.

Maintaining comprehensive personnel records for employees, and preparing reports as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of personnel information for organizational records and reporting purposes.

Ability to lead and mentor a recrement team and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using the database, social media, Linkedln and Job platform etc.

Arrangement of the whole recruitment process such as interviewing, appointing, document preparing and orientation etc.,

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Head of HR.
Job Requirement
-
At least 4 years of experience in the relevant experience (Talent Acquisition)
-
Logistic Knowledge is preferable
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant major required
